Dr. Shelley Lynch, DNP, FNP-BC, APRN, CCRN
Dr. Lynch brings over 25 years of critical care experience and 10 years in primary care, with a strong focus on relationship-based, patient-centered care.
She earned her DNP from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her work spans clinical practice, education, and global health, including ongoing initiatives in Haiti, Mississippi, and Sierra Leone.
Dr. Lynch is the founder of ACLS Academy and is an American Heart Association–certified instructor in ACLS, PALS, and BLS. She is widely published and has presented nationally and internationally on clinical and global health topics.
These diverse experiences have shaped the way she cares for patients, strengthening her belief that excellent care starts with truly knowing each person, building trust, and treating the whole patient—not just the diagnosis
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her three sons, and her dog, Sandy.
Hope Daggett, MSN, ANP-BC, APRN
Hope has over 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and more than 15 years as a nurse working on a psychiatric unit. Her experiences have shaped the way she cares for patients, as she firmly believes that the body and mind cannot be separated. To truly help people, she feels it is essential to understand who they are as a whole person—not just the problems they face.
In her downtime, Hope enjoys baking, doing puzzles, reading, and spending time with her husband, son, and two Golden Doodles.
Jenna Kennally, MPH, BSN, RN-BC
Jenna has a background in emergency nursing and neonatal/ pediatric critical care transport. She has a strong commitment to community health, health equity, and preventive care. Her professional experience also includes global health work in Haiti and the Mississippi Delta, as well as international collaboration on disability-focused resources through Partners in Health.
She is an American Heart Association–certified instructor in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Most recently, she secured a donation of an AED for Mississippi Delta region community, and trained and certified an instructor in this region to teach HeartSavers CPR/AED/First Aid, helping provide the community with an important and much-needed resource.
These experiences have shaped the way she cares for patients, reinforcing her belief in compassionate, patient-centered care that looks beyond the immediate problem to the bigger picture of a person’s health, environment, and long-term well-being.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her spouse, traveling, reading, and being outdoors.
Eliza, MA
Eliza is passionate about building meaningful connections with patients and believes that quality care starts with listening and understanding each individual’s needs. In her day-to-day work, she assists with clinical procedures, patient intake, and coordination of care, always striving to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
Outside of work and studying to become a nurse, Eliza is a phenomenal photographer, loves to travel, hike National Parks, and spend time with her two cats.
