Staying up to date on recommended vaccines is an important part of protecting your health and preventing the spread of illness. At Hope Primary Care, we provide vaccination services for adolescents and adults ages 13 and older, offering convenient access to routine immunizations, seasonal vaccines, and recommended vaccines based on your health needs and lifestyle. We’ll review your vaccination history, answer your questions, and help ensure you receive the protection you need at every stage of life.

Recommended annually for everyone 6 months old or older.

Recommended based on current CDC guidance and individual risk factors, which will be discussed with you by your provider

Recommended every 10 years or sooner for certain wounds.

Recommended for adolescents and adults through age 26 if not previously completed.
Protects against HPV-related cancers and genital warts.

Recommended based on shared decision-making for ages 16–23 (preferred age 16–18).
Recommended for certain high-risk individuals. Your provider will discuss your risk with you during your appointment.

Recommended for adults 50+ OR for adults 19+ who are immunocompromised.
Shingles is a two-dose series.

Protects against pneumonia, meningitis, and bloodstream infections.
